Great Bernese dogs are a Bernese Mountain Dog / Great Pyrenees combination. The Great Bernese are a purposeful cross, bred to combine the Bernese’s gentle, family-oriented temperament with the Great Pyrenees’ calm confidence and guardian instincts. They are known for being devoted, personable, and a well-suited dog to family life when properly trained and socialized. They are typically large, affectionate companions that do best with consistent training, early socialization, and a home prepared for a big-breed dog. Our breeding program is focused on our 2nd generation Great Bernese puppies (F2). Which means both parents are Great Bernese and the litter represents the second generation of this cross. We have gotten our breeding pair registered as the first to be registered with the CKC under "Great Bernese" and not under a Misc Dog. This lays the foundation for generations down the road to maybe one day be registered with the AKC as a purebred. 

On this websites header in the right hand corner under "Great Bernese Litters" at the bottom of those Litters you will see a "Puppy to Pampered" section. Those are pictures of most of our litters that are over a year old, showing their puppy pictures and year old picture to show what most of the colors turn out like. There has been a lot of nice variating colors that can change according to the environment. Those living indoors may go lighter than those that like to be out in the colder weather more, that tend to have some darker markings. On the "Groot and Gertie" page you can see how Groot stayed about the same, and Gertie has gotten darker over the years.

A deposit is required to get your pick on our wait list. We do have a puppy contract that spells out what to expect and what pick of the litter you will be getting. This contract is not to limit how you raise your puppy. It is more to protect your ​deposit that you are putting down on your puppy. Should when your time to pick comes up and their is not the sex or color you wanted available, you may roll your deposit to the ​next litter to the current pick available on that wait list.

Our puppies are in house raised, Literally!! With lots of loving! Weaned and Doggie Door trained by 6 weeks. Collar and leash trained by 8 weeks, makes training so much easier for our new puppy parents! We are with them 24/7 to give them the interaction and attention they need to have such outstanding personalities.

Price for our Great Bernese puppies is $2,500. Included is 6 week shots, deworming, tick & flea bath, health guarantee, puppy leash / collar, CKC Puppy Registration and a email of CKC's puppy training videos to get your puppy growing up on a good foundation! 

We have a lot of our puppies that have been rehomed from one side of the US to the other. We do not make the arrangements for you. We do however work with any type of arrangement you set up. We start by crate training your puppy so their trip to their new home will go as calmly as can be. We have people that drive in from out of state. Fly in to DIA and turn right around and fly home the same day. And we have had puppies travel with family friends to their new homes. Whatever you're able to set up we will do our best to assist with!
